For example, construction law in the United States is based on the common law system, while construction law in Saudi Arabia is based on the Sharia law system, and construction law in France is based on the civil law system.
Each legal system has its own principles, rules, and precedents that affect how construction law is applied and interpreted, Therefore, it is important for construction professionals to have a good understanding of the legal system and the construction law of the jurisdiction where they work or intend to work. This is the main aim of this group.
